We are really happy with our new Contura stove. It isn't anything like what we thought we wanted!! I would urge everyone to visit the showroom and look at all options. Karen was great at providing inspiration and suggested hard flooring and a glass hearth, which has transformed the room. It was great to have one company to complete the building work and installation. Our decorator complimented the standard of Joel's plastering and we are very happy with the end result. I wanted to install a wood burner into my static caravan, I had done my research in to what I wanted which was the gunmetal charnwood aire 3.Raven stoves were really helpful and added the details as to what I wanted, and everything was hassle free and the install was a dream.I would 100% recommend them.

Raven Stoves were really professional throughout our purchase of a wood burning stove. The office staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable giving us advice on all aspects of the stoves. The fitters arrived on schedule and they, too were friendly and efficient. The stove was installed within the day in spite of encountering solid oak joists in our 1853 built house. They cleaned up after the work was completed and gave us a demonstration of the operation of the stove. We’re now waiting for winter to enjoy the heat.

Raven Stoves have transformed our fireplace. We've had a lovely new stove installed which is smart and so easy to operate, replacing an old, defective one. The difference is astonishing. Joel and team also fitted a rustic mantel beam as well as beautiful slate tiles in the hearth. The work was done in under two days and they cleared everything away after themselves. Once the work was finished, Joel provided us with a starter kit and demonstrated how to operate the stove and got it going, which I appreciated. He also advised on the right type of fuel to use.Finally, I would definitely recommend visiting the show room, because there is a wide variety of different stock to chose from. Also, the ladies there will give you plenty of good advice if you are new to woodburners, as I was. In the end, we went for a Chesneys stove and we're very pleased with our choice.Highly recommended.

Very happy with our new Jotul stove and the installation work undertake by Joel and his Raven Stoves team. It proved to be a very easy business to work with and of course a special mention to Linda in the office, who was always very helpful. Brilliant service from start to finish with our stove fitting. Karen and Linda were so helpful answering all of our questions while we were choosing our stove. When it came to the fitting the team encountered a few problems with our fireplace and chimney on the day, but still completed the installation within one day to an excellent standard and kept us in the loop about the extra work that was needed. An extra metal trim was required round the fireplace which they were able to source and fit too. The whole team were friendly and professional throughout, would thoroughly recommend.

Back in 2017 we purchased and had fitted a Contura log burner that we love and with gas and electricity going up we thought we would stick with wood burning. This time however we purchased a Nordica with an oven to warm the kitchen and although not purchased from Raven Stoves I wanted it fitted and serviced by Joel and the team and must say so pleased we did.
