They have quite a lot in the store, various brands and tastes for everyone. I find they sometimes have decent garden items in, good cleaning products etc. will be shopping here again

Asked staff where fly spray was in the store. She said end of this Isle and pointed to where I should go, or on pets. I Walked to end of the Isle was baby stuff went to pets nowhere to be seen. I happened to pass an end of Isle display it was there. Was as though she had no time to help. It wasn't that busy. Plenty of parking shares this with Aldi.

Many thanks to the helpful and cheerful chap from home bargains who helped me load a wooden planter into my car today. Sorry I didn't catch your name, but you'll remember, large planter, small car !!

Like to come here for laundry and toiletry items. Has a bit of everything can get a bargain with pet food. Sells gardening,tools , car items ,bedding ,stationary as well as food stuff and wines and beers. Also next door to Aldi which i find is a bonus. Can get busy but was fine when i went .

Standard store layout - good selection of seasonal stock - which changes as you would expect. Helpful staff when needed.Freezer section with things you would expect.Good size car park - disabled parkingPets section - hair products for women and men.

All the bargains and low prices you expect. Good size car park and staff were friendly. Quick to serve ppl.

It was like stepping into a fantastic supa brilliant Aladdins cave of treasure.If only I had more than a fiver i would certainly fill my boots..

I love homebargains and it's my favourite retailer however I usually shop at Parkgate but have moved house and maltby store is now the closest to me.I went on Monday at 7 p.m. plenty of staff, huge store with lots of different things available as usual however the layout and the stock did not flow it was very patchy with biscuits and chocolate on one aisle and then also halfway down another aisle.Lots of things without prices on which is frustrating and when I asked staff for help they were too busy talking I have to interrupt and they still didn't hear me so I walked out.Not impressed with the customer service except for one young lady from London who was extremely friendly and helpful.It's a shame because this could be a superb store why don't you lay your stock out so that it goes together People don't want to be hunting around for items
