Poor customer service. Visited today at 11am and all 3 staff members were sitting at reception eating their lunch, clearly not interested in customers. Ended up leaving and buying carpets from nearby Walker Carpets who provided a top service.

Have dealt with this company's Wishaw branch on a number of occasions always extremly happy with the products and service.Recently bought a carpet which turned out to have a fault.The company's reaction to this was superb quickly arranging a replacement and fitting. Cannot be faulted.I would absolutely recommend this company.
