poor quality, turned up late to my mums house then refused liability to broken furniture. I do not recommend this company.

This company is definitely the people to trust with your treasured memories, much loved furniture, photographs, paintings..... everything that makes a much loved home.

We had our household furniture etc in storage for approximately a year.Finally we moved to Edinburgh.Middle management helpful where items had been damaged or broken.However there are numerous items missing - the most upsetting being all our Christmas decorations- which included items given to us by loved ones - which meant a lot.One has to presume there is pilfering going on and it has not been investigated or someone is turning a blind eye.It is too late for us but sadly I would think twice about recommending this firm .

Absolutely excellent service. They took all of the stress out of moving for me. I went for the full packing service, which was worth every penny, they packed the whole 5 bed in less than a day. No breakages at all, and the team were all cheerful to have around the house. They all worked so hard.

Provided a great service, friendly and efficient and delivered on all fronts. Highly recommended.

Destroyed most of our furniture - tape marks on furniture (that goes around the furniture, taking off the the finish because they literally put packing tape on the furniture), broken handles, broken pin systems on antique wardrobes, water ingress with water dripping off of furniture, broken lamps, twisted sofa frames, broken drawers, destroyed chest drawers, destroyed feet on the bottom of wardrobes, bedside tables literally received split in half. And the best part is, not only did they hire children to pack our goods, they sell you insurance and then tell you to buy the equivalent of what they destroyed off of auction websites because your furniture isn’t brand new. AVOID. RUN! I cried when they delivered our household goods. It just keeps getting worse as the day went on. AVOID. RUN! We had 44 claims - I’ve posted several applicable photos. AVOID! RUN!We now need to hire a solicitor which will cost us more money. Oh yeah, and they charged us 3 times to deliver our household goods, threatening to hold our goods back after we paid them in FULL per their quotation.

Excellent and professional service carried out with care and support

Drove into our fence while trying to turn from neighbour's driveway, and when I confronted the driver he immediately denied it. He drove into it head on - got so close, paused and then lunged forward like he had selected a forward gear instead of reverse. No way he didn't see it or feel the impact. A colleague was very quick to arrive and contribute to the denial, and while I was walking away the driver shouted something about the F'ing fence". Their vehicles look good and I thought Clark and Rose was a reputable company but they are clearly unprofessional

Quoted £699 to take 500 cubic feet (a transit vans worth) from Stirling to Glasgow. Minimal insurance. Will charge you £90 to collect from depot even if storage is paid for. A complete rip off.
