My first visit & certainly not my last. Outstanding service,happy environment,welcoming staff who have time & listen to their clients needs. I felt like a queen when I left. There are no words to say how pleased I am that I made my first appointment with Emma & staff.At 78 I am there for life.Lol

So glad I found this place out of the many salons in and around Ammanford. Very friendly, not intimidating, always great service.

One thing about coming to you 3 is that you actually listen. if i say i want it this way even if you don't like how i want it you will still do what i asked for, but with advice thrown in xx

Always a pleasure to go and get my hair cut, relaxing and always lovely having a chat. The girls offer very good advice on you hair and prices are very reasonable

As always a warm and friendly welcome and lovely atmosphere. Gemma did a fabulous cut and colour and made me look 10 years younger again!

1st visit ok not great, 2nd visit cut bad, too much talking with other people not concentrating on you?! No customer record cards made from 1st consultation! Very unpleasant experience, tries to sell you l'oreal products? Must be on a commission? Not good for my hair a good hairdresser would know this that's it's not going to be good on everyone's hair?!Chunk cut visible at back, cut into hair! my hair does not like, I said I wanted to be able to put it in a bun still but by cutting into it at back now I've got thoes bits fall out of the bun!!! and that was discussed in first consultation! Hence cust record cards!Having to go to another hairdresser now to fix problem after spending £52 waste of money!!

My first visit and have to say wonderful experience . Met all the girls who were welcoming and friendly, and Melissa took time to get to know me and understand exactly what I wanted done . So happy with my hair , after having it restyled from long to short.

Absolutely thrilled ever time i have my hair done. Service is amazing, the girls are wonderful and it's like having an hour or two with friends. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
