Went here with my 8 year old today and spent about 5 hours in there but could have spent far longer without getting bored. A great value day out.The cafe area is very relaxed - eat your own food or buy theirs (which is very reasonably priced and probably the best option in the Galleries), or play one of their wide selection of board games. The staff there were super friendly and attentive. The selection of games is really good - 5 pinball tables from various eras and manufacturers, with apparently a few more coming soon in the rotation. Lots of MAME cabinets, japanese and american arcades of all ages including some classics (defender, ghosts n goblins...), dancing games including one new era model, plus pretty much every console from the original NES to the PS2.The owner was there when we went and was happy to talk about the set-up and was clearly passionate about gaming and pinball. Would highly recommend to anyone with even a slight interest in gaming.

Absolutely loved it. So much to do and see, lots of information on some of the consoles, I was so excited to see them all myself. Lots and lots of machines and a lovely little benching area for lunches etc. Good place to bring your kids when out in Bristol. Passes are all day, come and go. Staff are absolutely lovely, very accommodating (after I entered the wrong email purchasing tickets) and overall a very pleasant visit.

So cool! Super glad I stopped in here and look forward to going back again. At £14.50 for an all day adult ticket it's good value too really. Tons of machines I hadn't seen in several years as well as vintage consoles. Great fun and really cool, good way to spend a day

Fab hidden gem! Me and my son loved our time playing the retro games cost us £16 for an hour but was so much fun. Would recommend.

Been back many times, always something new and always improving.Great selection of games, consoles laid out well with sofas along with arcade cabinets. The cafe section could do with expanding maybe for parents who lack the stamina. Best was Need for Speed Underground, pure nostalgia!

Lovely staff and amazing amount of knowledge on view! Was lovely to see some of the consoles I grew up on,however I would suggest a few more arcade cabinets.

Went here with my son on a Saturday morning, I must say we both thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Yes there were a few machines not working but from a value for money perspective you can literally play all day for £12 (£14 for adults). Great day out, would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Me and hubby spent more than 5 hours here and left wanting more. All the machines we played with were in great working order and there's a huge range of games catering to every taste (driving, shoot 'em up, pinball, arcade, classic consoles, dance & rhythm games). There are plenty of machines so we didn't have to wait for anything. They also do tea & coffee to keep you going, and the board game area was just perfect for a chilled break before going for more arcade action. Would definitely recommend it to all kind of gamers.

Great place to bring back memories. Take a friend and play all the classics. They have consoles aswell as some classic arcade and pinball games. Not just electronic games. They also have a wide range of board games with space to sit and play.Wristband entry which allows you to come and go until last entry time.

Went here a couple of weeks ago for a belated birthday treat with my partner and two of our friends. At first we were not sure how long we would be there (there's loads of options, a few cabinets were off, but most were on) but we were there from opening to closing just in the arcade side (will have to go back for the board games) and could have kept playing, so it was really good value. Lots of interesting retro games consoles to plonk down on an old sofa and play, and plenty of interesting games you can't just play at home (paraparaparadise and pop'n'music were favourites). Some cabinets were a little fussy (the stick on star wars and the wheel on one of the racers didn't always listen, and one of the pinball tables froze up) but given the age of those cabinets this was to be expected - and staff seem to be super on top of repairs etc. Found some old favourite gems and also some new obsessions (mouja was the surprise hit of the day). Being able to leave for lunch and come back was a great system too - it's close to some great places to eat and shop so made a nice day out. Would definitely go back - would LOVE it if time crisis was two player next time!
