Went in to look for a car to buy. The Salesman helping" kept trying to push me to buy certain cars despite me saying I wasn't interested in them. For the one car I was interested in he was more interested in trying to get me to sign up to finance to pay for it rather than listening to the questions I had about the car. Needles to say I did not buy from this place or would recommend them."

A small fault with a door handle on a Fiat 500 purchased 6 months ago.Phoned and spoke to Wayne,he asked for the car to be brought in.Wayne fixed the problem, no cost to me.The after care service from Lamwell is excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation.Very friendly and helpful staff.

We, my wife and I felt very comfortable dealing mainly with Wayne (Malcolm was also available) he was/is very helpful and not pushy.We purchased a Mercedes SLK200 (r172) back in February of this year from them, which has proved an excellent buy, its a very well maintained low mileage car with all relevant documents to prove-it.We would certainly recommend Lamwell Motor Company to anyone seeking to buy a second hand car.Whilst we don't plan on changing our car any time soon, our first port of call will be Lamwell if the need arose.Many thanks Lamwell.......Mike & Jan Bassett

Very happy with the Mercedes I purchased from Lamwell; a truly excellent low mileage example at a good price, exactly what I was looking for.Buying process was pleasant and smooth too, had a couple of alloys refurbished and my plate transferred across with no fuss. Overall very pleased with the car and the service.

Brilliant service!!!Me and my partner purchased a BMW 1 Series from them, Couldn't fault them or the car in anyway. The car was presented lovely considering we didn't make a appointment we just turned up the car was clean and very well presented. Arranging to collection of the car was great, the admin team even phoned and offered to tax the car for us. When we arrived to collect the car it was gleaming. Really couldn't fault them Malcolm was great, and Wayne was great as well. Thank you once again!!

Agreed to purchase a car and put ours in part exchange, Malcolm worked out the figures and we agreed a price. We payed what we were asked to pay immediately and left with the document of sale only to receive a call later to say he had got his figures wrong, and we wouldn’t be getting the car! He was extremely rude and unprofessional and constantly talked over us! Would not recommend buying from Lamwells based on our experience.

I bought a car recently from this dealership. The car was well presented and customer service was of a high standard. The day after buying it I noticed the steering wheel wasn’t straight and a screen was not working correctly on the dashboard. I brought the car back and the problems were quickly repaired with genuine parts, at no extra cost. I would recommend Lamwell to anyone who is looking for a quality second hand car.

Dealing with Wayne at Lamwell has been a pleasure. I had been looking for a car for over 2 months, and repeatedly popped in. Wayne was always welcoming. No pressure selling, just helpfulness.Eventually I found a car I liked and made the purchase. Simple and hassle free.The car did develop a minor fault - not Lamwell's issue at all, but they kindly put it right, and so far...so good! Wayne even cleaned the car! Excellent service.Would I buy again from Lamwell? - YES!
