Awful customer service, owners buy stolen gold and goods from travellers who steal from amazon delivery drivers and vans. Not an ounce of respect for staff or customers alike.According to the owner this is spam?I spent money in all 4 shops to test their business.Turns out all 4 shops are run by 4 members of the same incompetent family whom all employ the same scam tactics to do you over!What I think youll find is spam is Lucindas five star" rating below as this is clearly a conflict of interest and has been flagged to Google as such.DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!EDIT: Also worth noting the business was called "Captain Pawn" and many moons ago "Captain Cash" and have recently "rebranded" I.E meaning the "Captain Pawn" brand was so indebted they have had to liquify the company and change names whilst "appointing" a new director a.k.a (swapping hands) a tactic used and abused by failing small businesses to HIDE financial wrong doings... interesting."

Google says open from 9am but it doesn’t they do not open until 10am which is a bit misleading to some…

Really nice staff and pleasant to deal with. Very knowledgeable and professional at all times. A highly recommended shop. Any issues and the crew are very understanding. Visit here and you won't be disappointed!
