Royal Gardens Apartments

This was nearly a 4 star but the futon beds in the living area lets it down. They are uncomfortable to say the least.On the plus side these are large spacious rooms very clean and the master is huge with an on suite.Ideal location for the town or exploring the countryside.For the castle you can walk up the steep back walk, but it will give you a work out or 5 minutes into the town centre and up the main street.Parking can be an issue in Stirling but we parked round the corner and a 24hr ticket was £3.20.

Disgusting apartment and terrible company of thieves! Scam of keeping £1000 deposit with next to no reasons, absolutely avoid at all costs! Dreadful dreadful business!

bad service and stay: I dont know where to start but I had a nightmare experience with this stay. I booked the place for my family visit to scotland for 5 days. we were 17 people and the property shows it has 3 washroom but only 2 is functional and out of that the door for 1 washroom is broken. the property was extremely old. And place from dressing. last but not leaset - you will never get your security ampunt back because they will not provide the equipment's for cleaning but they expect you do clean everything .

Fantastic house..ideal for a family or friends getaway...full size snooker table great fun..all rooms with en suite..well equipped kitchen...massive dining room.. Castle near hand for a nice walk...Stirling City centre has plenty shops, restaurants etc..Could make this a regular visit..

Absolute joke of a business. Our code expired after 1 night of a 3 night booking. Didn’t realise until we got back at 9pm, no out of office phone number. Had to leave our belongings, wander streets of Stirling at night and find somewhere else to stay out of our own pocket. Dread to think if were eldery, had no spare money and had a young child. DO NOT STAY, never experienced such a poor service as per other reviews

Used for a short visit to Stirling, overall a good experience. The location is within 10 -15 minutes amble to the old town (try Brea Restaurant for dinner) or the castle. Great view from the windows to the Royal Park and castle. The building is a large one split into four apartments (we stayed in Victoria). A large hallway led into the large lounge, kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom with en-suite. High ceilings, full length sash windows and parkette flooring give the apartment a genuine feel rather than a cold clinical hotel. Amenities are good, including kitchen and separate laundry appliances. While some of the previous occupants appear to have been careless with their stay, causing some deterioration of the paintwork, overall for the price this is a great location. In addition, communication with Katie was excellent and well informed. A definite return location when we visit Stirling again.

Don't go to this accommodation!!!Location was definitely not as shown on the pictures. Really bad cleaning, furniture and bed was dirty as well, and shower was full of mold..We didn't stay and left the so-called apartment" which is nothing less than a transformed car garage. Very dissappointing..."

Great family reunion here apartment very big with great rooms so a group can get together, bit tired and could do with some TLC shower quite dangerous with missing controls you could get scolded and Jacuzzi bath out of order not what you expect for the money. Owners look into these comments please. Good central location for Castle and town centre visit the museum next door very very good and well worth a visit .
