Avern Cleaning Supplies (Internet) Ltd

I bought a Hoover from Avern through Amazon. The product got damaged in delivery, and they did not provide me with an updated return label. They suggested providing a replacement for the damaged part, but I disagreed, as I believe it's my right to receive a product in full shape in the first place. Amazon advised me to send it via a private courier. Avern deducted money from my refund, claiming I used the product. Amazon intervened and refunded me the deducted amount. I should have checked their Google reviews first; all recent ones describe negative customer experiences. I would not recommend this business

Appalling customer service, ordered a linen trolley which I was informed would take 3-4 working days. 7 days later I contacted to find out where it was and I was informed of a full refund and that I would receive the item by the 4th of March as they do not have it in stock. I still had not received the item by the 4th of march and when I spoke to customer service I was told that my order was cancelled by someone, to this I was not informed.

Ordered the wrong item. Requested a cancellation immediately just to find out the NEXT day that it's too late as the item was dispatched?Impossible to dispatch an item in a minute!Now I have to wait for the item and go through the return process and very likely pay for the postage.Very frustrated about this.Will not use again and wouldn't recommend.

Avoid at all costs. Their promise of next-day delivery means absolutely nothing to them. Granted the issues stem from DPD, but Avern are rude and entirely disintrested when it comes to chasing up undelivered items. Not what's expected when purchasing for commercial needs and late delivery has real costs. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever come across.

Although our order turned up wrong the customer service was the best we have ever encountered which says a lot for the company. Ryan is a credit to the company and sorted the issue out courteously and professionally. Top man.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a vacuum, was late, and wrong model, got them to pick it up, they promised to throw in some freebees, also late getting the next one... which AGAIN was wrong model, and of course...no free accessories! Has marks on some of the parts. Lost the will to live at this point, so kept this model as I can't go through changing it 'yet' again. Will be ringing them after the weekend though, just to tell them how we feel about this company.Advice.... buy from somewhere else!

My item was damaged in transit they said they would send a new one out once I sent a email. They've still not got back to me been over a week now I've paid and not received nothing every time I ring them they just fob me of wouldn't recommend at all

Ordered a nilfisk patio cleaner, which turned up by dpd very fast. Unfortunately it started to leak on its first use.After phoning Avern they sorted out nilfisks problems by sending me a new one straight away. Ryan was super helpful and replied to my emails very quickly.Would order from here again.

Disgusting. I ordered a hoover from them and a few days later was told the order was undeliverable. This was clearly rubbish as they simply increased the the price of the item which was then delivered a few days later. They clearly simply cancelled my first order so they could charge more. Absolutely disgusting and fraudulent, unfair trading practices
