We usually have excellent service from this company. Louis usually comes out to fix my lift. However today the engineer they sent out was abrasive and incompetent. Walked in without removing his boots. He spent the whole visit on the telephone. Couldn't follow a conversation and quickly became argumentative. I have told the company they are not to send this engineer out to us again.

I would like to thank everyone for the prompt, professional service. I needed to sort out a stair lift for my mother in law due to her becoming less mobile by the day. I gave these guys a call and literally start to finish, fantastic. Now my mother-in-law can have some form of normality and get up and down the stairs again. Massive thank you to you all. X

Thankyou for the fantastic service my mum received from your company, from Danny in the office, Mike the surveyor and the engineer who installed mum's stairlift.We expected to have to wait a few weeks before it could be installed but had it within 3 days of the survey.The engineer took pride in his work and left mum's house as he found it .From start to finish the overall experience was superb.Thankyou Euro Lifts Ltd for making my mum's life a whole lot easier.Mrs M Plymouth

I called the emergency number at around 6pm on a Friday evening, as a friend with locked in syndrome had the prospect of being shut indoors all weekend as his lift wasn’t working.It’s not a EuroLifts lift and we didn’t have a contract, but John Harding got to Howard and his team by 7.15pm and did a great job in getting the lift working, temporarily so Howard could enjoy his weekend.Highly recommended-and now we are signing them up to do maintenance and repairs for the future.Many thanks, highly recommended

We arranged from Cambridge the installation of a stairlift for my mother who lives in North Cornwall. Euro Lifts visited site and post dated a day for installation when I would be available to attend. Their engineer Dan was extremely professional and we are extremely pleased with the installation.
