Honestly love this store!! The staff are really friendly popped into the shop for a specific coloured beanbag (a black or grey one as it matches my theme more) yesterday however the staff said they didn’t have any in stock so I bought the lil orange one. I come back in today and the same staff member said that they found some black beanbags in stock. I didn’t buy them but it was nice of her to offer. Also love the candle selection!!!

I visited this shop looking for a last-minute gift for my wife's birthday.Although this shop is packed full of potential gifts for her, I left empty-handed.This shop can be a bit overwhelming as the shelves are cramped full of different items.As the name suggests, this shop is mostly full of items for the home, it is very similar to Dunlem or the Range only it doesn't seem as organised.This shop feels like a TK Max in the way that things are cramped together. Only this shop doesn't seem to have the TK Max price tags. It's a little pricer.I am happy I have visited this shop, I don't think I will need to revisit it in a great hurry.

I shop here regularly and there’s a really great young man called Connor who always seems to be on the checkouts. He’s always extremely polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for him. Also this store has a very supportive manager who took time out to help me too. Overall a first class store. See you even more over the Christmas shopping period.

We have just had the most ridiculous experience , under the unprofessional eye of Callum the manager , who watched an assistant refuse the sale of a bottle of wine to my wife who clearly is over 25 , being accompanied by my 17 year old daughter who does not drink at all. In my view there were no suspicious circumstances that justified the poorly trained and awkward assistants behaviour . Maybe it was based on out and out discrimination as my wife is foreign , or my daughters appearance in her designer clothes. The saddest thing was the managers hopeless response when asked to explain why he just watched on , to the amazement of a queue of loyal clients , and could give no explanation as to how the decision had been arrived at . A bad day for Home Sense based on hopeless training and management .

You never know what you are going to find in home sense AND I LOVE THAT! It’s the home version of TKMaxx so if you go in with an open mind you will enjoy it. Can be a bit cramped as they put ALOT of products in a small location.
