Mike Bliss Architecture
Mike provided us with a project management and architectural service. Going out to tender and successfully appointing an appropriate builder. He organised all of our planning applications. He produced a loft design maximising the available space and helped us with a kitchen redesign. He was very approachable and was in contact throughout the build process conducting site visits as needed. We have been delighted with the end result.

Mike Bliss Architecture
Mike came out top of the architects that we asked to pitch for an extensive residential reconfiguration and extension. He did not disappoint. He took our wishes and came up with a selection of designs, then was very patient in tinkering away to reach the final plan - which included elements that we would not have come up with ourselves, but are incredibly pleased with now they are built. We took Mike's recommendation on builders and they have also been fantastic, notwithstanding Covid and difficulties over building supplies etc.

Great service and always on hand to offer advice or help. Mike developed our original scheme into something much better and worked well with our builder. Our build was on budget due to the great teamwork. Mike was keen to get involved if required but did not add unnecessary costs to the build. Very happy to recommend him to others.

We recently undertook a very extensive renovation project on our house. Mike acted as both architect and project manager for the build. We are extremely happy with Mike's work, in particular, the manner in which he supported the project both during and after the main build. We were also very pleased with the tender process he ran. We decided to use Mike's services shortly after purchasing our house in Lingfield. The house needed a significant amount of work having not been touched for many years. We decided to extend our property out by a further 4 meters at the rear of the property. Mike attended to discuss our options and preferences and quickly put togther some plans. Mike also put us in contact with 4 local, reliable builders for quotations. I found Mike to be highly knowledable and experienced. Planning permission was approved quickly without complication and his knowledge of the local area and trade was impressive. Subsequently Mike has also darwn plans and applied for planning permission for an equine sand school. I would recommend Mike's services to anyone who is wanting a reliable, honest and efficient service.
