Cheswold Lodge Brewers Fayre
My sons Birthday on the 15th November. He turned 14 and he loves The Cheswold. All I can say is the staff that night was superb. They pulled out all the stops and made our time there very welcoming. Cannot fault anything that night. Thank you.

I wasn't impressed with this place! I got told by staff the meals we was getting was x2 for £11 and explained I had a blue light card and wondered if it was better to use that instead.They said yes and got a child's meal and x2 cola's which amounted up to nearly £45! I think you need to know your own offers better! I didn't realise until I had got home and I felt I had been ripped off!!Got smothered chicken meals and to be honest the portion size was like a kids meal and the food wasn't great and the wait for it was ridiculous!Also my autistic child had especially been looking forward to the indoor play area but on arrival I was told it was closed due to radiators in there being off and it was too cold in there. My daughter was upset/devastated and thought she weren't allowed to play because she had done something wrong.I did not have a good experience and will not be returning!

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. Me and my friend came to grab a bite to eat and let the kids play in the play area for an hour or so. On arrival, every single table that was not in use was filled to the brim in mucky glasses and plates. Mountains of food embedded into the floor and everything else you could touch. The toilets literally overflowing with sewage all over the floors, because it had been blocked and unchecked.Not one member of staff was monitoring/observing the play area, so in terms of health and safety god knows what would have happened say an issue occurred. We were there around 10 minutes before deciding to leave and I can assure you that we will never be returning again after this experience.

Waited 40 minutes for them to over cook 4 chicken strips that I had the pleasure of paying over £5 for, after waiting over an hour later demanded a refund for the non existent main meal that apparently was “just ready!” Avoid this place like the plague.

Amazing!The staff were wonderful,the food was to die for.We had the big stack burger! The flavour was amazing.We were on holiday celebrating our 25th wedding,and drove by here,then decided to turn back and give it a try.Nothing bad to say about this brewers fayre xx

Called in on a visit to Doncaster with my husband and family. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, especially Jason. Food was great, cooked well and didn’t have long to wait. We had a lovely time…Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Cheswold Lodge Brewers Fayre
Brewers fair are generally cheap and you get what you pay for !! Although recently the steak has been good. I don't know how long the chocolate torte has sat on the shelf but the biscuit base was off and the dried raspberries were like eating a bit of polystyrene. Staff were pleasant and service with a smile
