Been using this garage for around 15 years and although I've seen the manager change a few times they've managed to keep the business family run. Their always very good and extremely professional.The last manager a few years ago even changed my tyre in his trouser suit as there were no one else in at the time and I was needing to get to work.

Easy to book. Mot completed without delay. Car in fro 10:00 phone call about midday to say it was available for collection.They also reported a minor fault that should be looked at. Booked it in when I picked up my motor.

Crane bank garage were very helpful when my car let me down, at short notice, and out of out of hours, contacted me and got my car repaired plus gave it a clean which was unexpected, they even reset the clock. Thank-you so much.

Recently took my Mercedes A Class in for service and MOT. All work was carried out to a high standard and for the exact price I was quoted. The garage went above and beyond to get my car back to me asap as I needed to be back on the road again and in work by 1pm. I have used Cranebank many times over the years and have found them to be genuine and honest. I’ll return again in 12 months when I require more work to be done.
