Sutton Road Surgery

This surgery looks after our elderly relative. When we call because the 90 years old relative is unwell the doctor call us back promptly and if it considered necessary the doctor makes the time to see our uncle we could not be more grateful, the compassion and service is great, thank you.

We had a phone call from the surgery asking me to collect the medical certificate from them to register the death of my mother in law unfortunately as I was told by Birmingham register office this was not supposed to be in my possession thay conpley got it rong costing me fuel and inconvenience as I had to book 2 days from work my honest opinion of this place was a complete bunch of fool's

Very happy with surgery. Doctors always calls back whenever you need to speak to a doctor. They take time and care to listen to your health issues and prescribed the necessary action which needs to be taken depending upon your symptoms. Very friendly and polite staff and also very helpful. Team are always willing to help in anyway they can.

I was made to feel stupid as soon as someone picked up the phone. I wanted to join as a new patient and mentioned I had filled out a form online. She then took great pleasure in telling me it’s in CAPITAL LETTERS not to fill out the form. It actually contradicts itself when looking at the website again. The woman was very short with me and very unhelpful as she said they were full. However she did ask where I lived, not sure why, if they are full anyway. I would not advise this practice for any nervous patients if they ever let anyone in.
