I arranged a meeting at his office, drove to Perth and handed the jewellery to him. I returned 3 hours later, during which time I did some shopping and had lunch, to pick up the report and receive a thorough explanation.Very different to local jewellers - who offer a valuation service but, in practice, send it elsewhere to be valued, no doubt take a ‘spotters fee’, and say it will be around 10 days until they have the valuation report.We will certainly use his services again and recommend others to do so.
