Regis Salon Merry Hill

I booked Regis for my little girls first hair cut I wanted to make it special for her as it was the first time Visiting the hairdresser.On the phone I did specify that I wanted my girls hair wash and styled.Upon arrival I was told that the wrong service was booked in and time may not allow me to have the treatment I initially booked in for would be able to be given.However after dealing with LUCY she managed to provide me with what I initially wanted.Lucy was very friendly and warm and made my daughter feel so special !!All credit goes to her for sorting me out and saving the day !Definitely would only be back to visit to receive hair cut and style from her

Had such an amazing experience here!! It was my first time bleaching my hair and Lucy listened to what I wanted so well and suggested things that turned out amazing! Every time I've had a pixie cut in the past it has turned into a cut I can't wait to grow out but with this one I wish it would stay forever! Both times I have visited to have my hair done, I've had exceptional results. The colourists are experts and my hair looked amazing. I would be a regular if I was local. I've tried other 'branded' salons but none have achieved the results I got here. Truly hair experts!

Aaron has cut my hair over many years and he continues to find new ways of shaping my hair and colour to suit my age. As I move towards celebrating my 69th birthday he has given my confidence to grow out the old colours and embrace my real tones of silver and white hair! My 3 year old has had her hair cut by Aaron twice here and both times he did an amazing job!

Booked super last minute with Aaron and after managing to fit me in he did a fabulous job. I had my hair cut into a short bob with bangs and I absolutely loved the end result.

I can't thank Aaron enough! I needed a special hairdo for a very important event but found myself running very late because of extreme motorway traffic. When I arrived, he assessed the situation, rearranged his day and rescued my hair. He fixed my terrible roots so they blended into my old highlights then cut, dried and styled my wild hair without rushing. It looks amazing and I'm very, very grateful for his professional, calm, friendly approach when I really thought the only option left was to buy a huge emergency hat... THANK YOU!!!!

Had my hair done by Lucy, can not recommend this lady enough. Very welcoming, listens to everything you want then works her magic. I came away with exactly what I asked for. (Wasn't expecting with 1 sitting to get the colour I was aiming for)Amazing work so Thank you Lucy.. ❤
