AVOID. Company/owner does not give two tosses.Sent out a completely different tool to the one that was pictured in the listing. As the tool sent was so heavy and the mistake was theirs I requested they pay for postage. Despite Rangar and co. being in the wrong rather than apologise and help they simply resort to their rigid T&C's which - in this case - punish customers finacially for the companies mistake; paying for return postage on this item would have got me the right tool at no extra cost as a customer and saved them a negative review.If you do order then pay with paypal as I have; this has allowed me to open a case against them and - given the photo evidence supplied - expect a full refund shortly with no need to return the item.
