Poor service will never use again

Considering I had some work done by sd prints last year I decided to go back to them. I dropped my clothing off and was told they would take 5days to print. Unfortunately 3days after the actual collection date I was told their printer had gone bust yet the company did not think to let me know. 20days later I ended up going to collect my things back from sd prints as I was told on the monday they would be done on the tuesday on the tuesday I was asked to send my logo as they didn't have it. (Which means they had no intention of getting my clothing done when I dropped them on the 31st august.. i was seriously annoyed by this and was not happy with either the customer service and the responses i was given:( i collected my things 20th September with not one item printed !!Not to mention mot once did i get a sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.Good printing they provide but terrible response and customer serviceWill never go here again !

I’ve been waiting over 1 month for my stickers. First time when I bought it came with in a week! Now they’re not even replying back to me. They need to get reported to the police. Money scammers!

Do not use this companyI’ve been waiting over 3 months for labels.I was sent half of my order end of January (they didn’t realise it wasn’t the full order) after a month/2 month of waitingAfter contacting them it’s taken them so long to print the other half they still haven’t sent me the other half.The labels came out green and not the colour I wanted.The finish was incorrectThe information I provided to them was ‘lost’ and resent multiple times.They cannot get labels right and I’m having to deal with incorrect labels to start a new business. I started talking to them in December 2021 and had made orders.Unprofessional and lack of apology/empathy having to wait to start my business.Avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I made an order over 8 weeks ago and no sign of it, sent them a message asking where it was and now not responding to me. They have not given me a refund for my order!
