Jacqui and Jo officiated our wedding and they were wonderful. They put us at ease and were very calm and patient when I had a few last minute questions on the day. Everything ran very smoothly and the ceremony was relaxed but sweet. Even before the day, we found the registry office to be fantastic. They helped us with the postponement and went out of their way to make sure everything was set up in time for the wedding when some documents weren’t set out. We are very happy with the experience we had! Thank you!

We saw Mark Bishop today. What a real credit to the company he is. He was down to earth, friendly and approachable. We noticed he also greeted every member of staff he met and asked how they were and genuinely interested in them. We got our banns read and published.The lady that let us in was also friendly and approachable. This service is a credit to the city and registrars. Thank you

So far our wedding plans have been totally turned upside down.Thanks to Peterborough register office.We planned to have 30 guests at our wedding to be told only 6 guests..No separate entrance for my bride, no music, no passing the rings from my bestman.Please remember all covid restrictions have been lifted but not in the city of Peterborough.There willing to take your money give you a short service n get you out ASAP.Thinking our day has been torn to shreds before its even done.Hope there pleased with a dam sad n disappointing serviceStill have the cheeck to charge £185 for the privilege

We went to register the birth of our baby. The staff were really nice. They called ahead and gave us instructions. There was no wait, they saw us on time. The registrar was ever so sweet and explained every step as we went along. Brilliant service.

They still have the rule of 6 in place here. Room was lovely, officiant was lovely, nothing was rushed and ceremony was beautiful.Room was clean, and bright, and well ventilated.

I really don't like to give bad reviews. But after being discriminated against because of my culture. It has made me really sad. I'm half black African (Ghana) and half white European (Dutch) and will always proudly stand up for both sides.Last Friday was suppose to be the one year anniversary of my partner and I losing our son. It was meant to brighten the day up a bit by officially marrying each other. But thanks to the ignorance of the registry office, that date has only gotten darker for us and will haunt us for the rest of our days.Thank you registry office.
