Armadillo Self Storage Warrington

I was looking for a storage facility around Warrington to store my less used items. I checked out a few storage facilities.. Louise was a great help, Louise help me find a room suited to my needs. The price was good and the service 5 star.. value for money with service and secure location. Louise made this process quick and simple.

Good service but the price increases in under 6 months.I suffered an on site theft which went unaccounted for even though I had insurance.Do not go with the removal firms recommendation by the storage staff, I was ripped off and some of my belongings were damaged . No one was held accountable.Be really careful.

Absolute quality. I was charged with moving all of the company stock out of a unit a few miles down the road, and this place seemed like a sensible option.I'll be honest - we had three delivery runs on an 18 tonne HGV, and it took the best part of a day to get it all moved in. The toughest part of the whole process was getting our company to move as quickly as I'd have liked with the paperwork. Jenna (site manager) took all this in her stride, and still remained jovial - lord knows were it me, I'd be praying for root canal work as an alternative.The on-site team are legends. Honest, down to earth, no BS, and willing to go the extra mile to get stuff done. I cannot commend the team enough.Hat's off to Jenna, Jake and Kerrie at Armadillo Warrington - you made a tough job easy.

I have spoken to Kerrie multiple times as we had changing circumstances. She was so helpful, very friendly and reassuring and the process was really straightforward. The cost is very reasonable and whatever time you don't use, you get refunded - bonus! Thanks to Kerrie and the team for catering for our needs. Much appreciated!

Did a reservation online, call back from Jenna straight away. Spoke to Kerrie after that who talked me through everything in detail. Did online check-in which quickens things up when you get to site. Kerrie checked me in, took me on a tour and showed me my unit, really helpful and pleasant, Jenna as well, also the two Van drivers that can do pick ups and drop offs for you . Really friendly and comfortable atmosphere, highly recommended.

2 Years storing in 5 rooms. Thoroughly impressed with my experience at Armadillo Self Storage Warrington. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they accepted our business deliveries and sent us a text when they've arrived. Great service for business customers. Friendly, helpful staff make it a pleasure to store here. Clean, dry, affordable and secure! I’d certainly recommend it to anyone needing storage. Fantastic! Can't recommend enough! Thank you!

Kerrie on reception is fantastic and so helpful. She put me at ease, made everything simple to understand and was so friendly. Definitely some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The facilities themselves are clean, spacious and easy to navigate.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me very well, and I felt comfortable and confident about the storage and security.Also, my identity was respected and I feel that the staff went above and beyond both in person and over the phone.

Extremely professional, helpful and polite, they made the experience pleasurable and welcoming.This is my first time using self-storage, a huge thank you to Kerrie, Jenna and Jake for the fantastic, efficient service and for ensuring that I hired a room to meet my needs.The premises are exceptionally clean and well maintained and I cannot rate Armadillo Self Storage, Warrington, and the staff highly enough.
