Great reception from the owner, Martin, and a very interesting chat. The flour mill was also v interesting. It's important that people like Martin exist!

The National Coracle Centre At Cenarth Falls
We visited here today with our two children and dog which cost us £14, it was great to learn about the coracle history across the world. The owner was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic he makes it a must see. He gave us a demonstration and a talk and then left us to explore. We also got chance to visit the flour mill that he has restored. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing or nearby it’s well worth a visit.

Just spent a fabulous couple of hours touring the centre and the mill. Brilliant. The owner is the star attraction. Full of enthusiasm and stories, but also leaves you to look round on your own.

Advertised on line as being open. Arrived and paid to park near waterfall which is very pretty. Walked over bridge to centre to find it closed. Rang bell as per sign. No response. Waited still no response. What a waste of fuel and time.

What a fantastic find. A subject very few of know anything about but Martin brings it all to life. His knowledge and enthusiasm shine through and the artefacts from around the world help knit it all together. All for £9 for two of us for the Coracles and the old mill. Keeping history alive is brilliant.

The National Coracle Centre At Cenarth Falls
We spent a lovely morning here. A very informative talk by the owner about the history of coracles, then left to look at the exhibits. We also visited the restored mill next door that belongs to him. Park at Cenarth Falls a 2 minute walk away. Parking costs £3 cash for all day. Pay a man upon entry.

What a wonderful find. Martin was very knowledgeable, you could tell he loved his job. To be honest I never expected to find it that interesting but his enthusiasm won me over.Well worth the £4.50 entrance fee. And it also gave you entry to the old watermill, which was something else that Martin is passionate about.I would definitely recommend a visit. There's an assortment of quirky mugs, coasters for sale too. Well done Martin.
