Went in to get my nails done. I don’t usually like to correct people on their profession as I am not qualified, but as somebody who has had their nails done hundreds of times, it was very clear they had absolutely no idea what they were doing.She went to paint over my nails after removing my previous gel manicure, leaving all the dust still on and not shaping my nails. I asked her to please file them which must be done before applying polish (biggest mistake ever) You can tell she panicked when I asked this and frantically switched between buffer and file in an almost ‘slapping’ motion at my nails (ouch!) This resulted in her filing down my nails completely as opposed to a standard reshaping, and my nails cracked and broke, with cracks reaching into the painful pink bit.She then blamed my nails saying I came in with a short hand (after filing one side all the way down to the pink bit) to explain why I now had long nails on the one hand she hadn’t yet filed and nothing left on the hand she just butchered. Not true as watched her file in front of my face and also had a professional manicure elsewhere two weeks ago so went in with nails in good shape.She then proceeded to paint (still over dust and uneven, now broken nails) in a colour nothing like the reference photo, in a polish old and empty which she had to turn the bottle upside down with each dip to get any product out. She was then trying to add thinner to it. She painted the colour all over my skin.I asked them to remove the colour and I was just going to leave as didn’t want them to cause any more damage! They tried to remove that polish they’d done on one hand but left colour still on the nail which just looked awful.Never write reviews but really don’t want people to make the same mistake I did!

I was told 50 GBP for long hair wash, blow and cut. Then was charged 63 GBP. You tell me one thing and do the other. Have some honesty

I went into this branch to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The lady doing my service used the same wooden stick on me as she did probably on all her other clients which lead my whole forehead to break into spots. Not only that the lady got wax all over my eyelash extensions which made me not want to continue with the service she also made them extremely uneven and took so much hair from the front of my brows I asked her to stop and left the salon crying. I paid for the wax but obviously being unsatisfied with the outcome I contacted the branch to make a complaint, which the lady on the phone gave me incorrect details to email them and I had another business respond to me ! What kind of unprofessionalism is that? I didn’t want to leave a bad review but as the business couldn’t respond to me privately this is what I have to do to warn any other people looking to have their brows done. All I wanted was a refund on the awful service you provided

My appointment was for 9 am on the 28th I didn't leave till 10:45 I booked for acrylics with polish not shellac or gel on the website and the woman went ahead and gavee shellac and was charged £45 which one is absurd also today the tip of one of the nails broke off while I was opening my door ....... I was overcharged when on the website it says £21 for acrylicsContinuing on from this it's now been 5 days with these nails I went back in 2 days after getting them done they fixed the chipped nail for free now it's Sunday and the nails are starting to come off the nail bed !!!!£45 for nails that are basically like shop bought nails that you glue on yourself this is unacceptableI have an engagement party next week and I'm being told theanger will contact you when he is availableThis is not okayI only went to this saloon because it was the earliest one open and I would of made it my new one but no they have ruinedy special.day.

I got my Gel Nails done from Sakshi and it was done very well. Extremely happy with my nails. Price is affordable too. The treatment was quick and brilliant!

Sakshi was very friendly and the service was good. My daughter wanted french but couldn't have it for safety reasons as she was too young. Not the company's fault but she still didn't leave incredibly satisfied. I would return. Thanks x

Please avoid. It’s just an awful place. The only reason why there are good reviews in here is because they give a 5% discount if you leave a good review in front of them. Lol.Anyways, I went there for eyebrows and I wanted to do leg wax as well, I had a red patch on my leg, and the lady serving me seemed worried, but I simply explained that I have psoriasis and it’s nothing to worry about.I explained that I had done waxing already and it’s just a small patch. She called over what seemed to be the manager of the place, after a quick look, this man tells me that they are not going to do my waxing as they don’t want to infect other costumers.Infect… PSORIASIS? An autoimmune disease. That cannot be contagious by any means, you are born with it.Quite concerning they don’t know what psoriasis is or does considering they work with skin.Felt humiliated and disgusted when they asked me to do a positive review.How ridiculous.

Assistant was not very engaging. I felt the treatment was messy and not complete ( or is regrowth within a week acceptable).The assistant was polite and did attempt to cool the wax when I said it was too hot.

Wonderful experience! Brilliant staf but I particularly liked Vaibhavi who went out of the way to make me feel comfortable and was so efficient!! Also worked beyond 5:00pm to finish her job. Thank you.
