Make sure you go elsewhere and if you do want something done, put it in writing.Serious lack of communication which has cost us as well as damage and inconvenience.No attempt of an apology or a discount until confronted repeatedly.One apology given and accepted but no discount.Think twice about using these guys is my advice.To conclude days later...The repair failed so a full refund was demanded.Partial refund agreed with thanks after difficult negotiation.

Very good cycle store with very knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help out. Helped me choose the right size cycle for my height, and was ready for me to ride out that morning. I saw lots of happy customers, they obviously have their regulars which is always a good sign.

What a fantastic shop. Was recommended to go there by a friend as I wanted to get our little girl a new bicycle. Kevin couldn't have been more helpful. He spent an age making sure that the bicycle chosen was perfect for our little girl. Can't recommend highly enough.
