Really looked forward to this place as I’d heard decent things. Big issues over timing - fifteen minutes late sitting us and nearly 45 minutes from order to eating - had to rich to get the last bus. Serving staff friendly, however. Also, two of our group ordered a prawn dish at nearly £20 a pop and got four prawns - when I paid the bill they knocked 15% off without batting an eye. The manager saw me complaining to the young fella at the till and didn’t approach me to ask what the problem was - not a good culture, that. My dinner was actually quite nice and I shared some with one of the prawn-eaters. But the overall experience made me feel this restaurant takes customers for granted.

The food was very tasty with excellent presentation. I had a guava drink that was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the owner. Wonderful atmosphere.

This restaurant is the best Indian Halal restaurant in Inverness !Great service, Great Food and most important Great Vibes and People!Mama’s Biryani and the Tandoori prawns were phenomenal

We had a delightful dining experience at the large Indian restaurant. The food was delicious, with a rich variety of dishes. The service was commendable, and the portions were generous, all at a reasonable price. A satisfying culinary journey.

I had a delightful dining experience at Mangrove in Inverness. The food was particularly enjoyable on a cold day, and the cozy atmosphere added to the charm. What truly made the visit special was Mr. Abdul, one of the waiters, who took the time to engage in a friendly conversation, making me feel at ease dining alone. It was a truly enjoyable experience, both for the palate and the soul. From a happy Mauritian client!

One of the few restaurant open till 10 pm n take orders go dine in even after 9 pm. Location is great Very easy to reach. We ordered Bombay aloo n Tarka dal n chapati. Dal was amazing n Bombay aloo was lil sweet in taste but nice. We ordered them as side dishes n not main course. But good quality for two people to eat.only complaint is about unfriendly staff which I guess we experienced in most of the restaurants in Inverness n EdinburghWe went there yesterday too before catching train to crew. Same taste no change but much better service Met the owner also. Great guy. Very friendly n approachable

Stopped off here for a meal on a Saturday evening. Firstly, the place was really busy and we were lucky to get a table. The menu is very Decent. I had the mixed tikka platter, which was amazingly tasty and a huge portion. My partner had chicken korma; very flavoursome. Despite being busy, service was very quick. They don't serve alcohol, but you can take your own and the charge £2pp corkage! Really loved this place and it is thoroughly recommended. 5/5.
