Always a long que. The guy behind the desk that's been there for the best part of 2 decades is getting even slower.Why go out the back for paper work? Move the printer to the front desk. Have a second person working at the wekkends and peak times.I must admit I've been using the Kinson branch and what a difference, in and out in no time even when there is a que.

Good parts and decent prices,but if you want to collect, you're doomed. Only one person working at the counter most of the time and it just takes ages. Today alone I waited over 45 min and there were just 6-7 people in front of me. Just hire more people for goodness sake it's ridiculous

Horrendous will describe my experience along the time.Every time I went there there were long queue’s and takes forever to be served.You can not have 1 customer assistant in the afternoon as everyone comes to collect stuff.I waited 45 min with 3 people in front of me and decided to leave after this time as it looked like I would have been much longer.You need to have collections dedicate person and customer service if someone decides to talk for 30 min about they’re wippers or whatever.So sorry but this place is runned very very badly.Updated: came in today to collect my order 12/3/23, sitting for 15 min already 10 people in front of me , 1 customer assistant.Can it get any worse? Don’t think so.
