I had a big, old cedar tree felled by Daniel and his team. They worked quickly and efficiently and throughout the 2 day process, I felt confident in their ability, knowledge and experience. Daniel was punctual when he first visited to give me a quote which turned out to be a competitive price. I found Daniel and his team to be very professional, courteous and approachable.They completed the job to my complete satisfaction and left the garden in good order. We put alot of time and effort into sourcing a reliable tree surgeon.He comes with a wealth of knowledge and immediately got the impression he knew exactly how to deal with the tree in our rear garden that was in desperate need of attention.The job was carried out efficiently and all cuttings etc were disposed of as to be expected.What's more, his attitude and politeness is very refreshing. His colleagues are superb as well. We were pleasantly surprised at how reliable, friendly and professional the service was. In both instances we used tree services, the quote received was reasonable. The work was carried out as agreed and to a high standard and the branches and leaves were collected and disposed of.Unfortunately the second time we tried to use the service the crew never came bit they showed up couple of weeks after to do some work for the neighbors.I would not ring again. Sorry.
