As of this review, it's fairly disappointing that most of the play area is such a state. Much of the equipment is either broken, damaged or dirty which is why a lot of it is also fenced off (no access). It's a shame really, as it's in such a lovely park and the play area looks like it could be great.

Kids deserve so much better than this! It could be a brilliant playground within Leazes park but right now its a mess, alot is fenced off & its falling to bits. Very depressing. Needs a total revamp.

Two of the play areas were fenced off due to unsafe conditions, the rest was pretty inaccessible for my toddler and in mediocre condition
