Dean and his team did an incredible job with our bathroom fit in our new home. We recently have taken on a large renovation job and we needed to remove our old bathroom and move it to a much larger spare room. This was a large job that required a lot of work but Dean and his team did a really great job to give us our dream bathroom for our home.The team were professional, punctual, polite, hardworking and delivered an amazing large bathroom for us which we are very happy with. Along the way Dean communicated efficiently and professionally and offered great advice every step of the way giving us really great guidance on what would look best as well as function best in our new bathroom.All in all, we are really happy with the result and would certainly be happy to use Dean and his team for any further work needed on our home and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their homes.Thanks for all the great work once again.Adam & Hana

Reliable and professional tradesman are like gold dust and so when in August 2021 we decided to combine a garage conversion with replacing our kitchen and bathroom I knew I had filed the DCS Builders invoice from 2006 for future reference. We were very pleased to find that Dean had gone from strength to strength in the intervening years and from his first visit he provided expert advice and helpful proposals for our project. As well as developing our ideas to get the most from what space we had, Dean programmed the work to ensure that we had a new shower room before replacing our bathroom and constructed a temporary kitchen from the existing units for us to use whilst creating our new kitchen. Temporary gazebo’s were erected front and back to minimise joinery and plumbing fabrication in the house and every effort was made to minimise the dramatic effects of cut and carve works inside the house. Dean is a perfectionist and experience has lead him to provide top quality fixtures and fittings resulting in many pleasant surprises that tempted us to rename No 5 “High End House”. Dean, Dave, Harry, Rob and Martin are a great skill mix team and happy crew to have in your house and their aim is solutions and not problems.We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend DCS Builders to all.

We have used Dean for two projects. The first was an emergency repair that was causing my mother and I a lot of stress.Dean was then very helpful in finding a long term solution.Dean was extremely helpful, patient and very sympathetic with the needs of my recently widowed mother.His creativity, knowledge and ability to problem solve made a situation that was overwhelming to us easy to deal with.All of his team were delightful, thoughtful, tidy and a pleasure to deal with.His solution to the space is now an amazing multipurpose area with a great patio including a covered area offering protection from the weather, beautiful fencing and landscaping.My mother and I are delighted and I would not hesitate to recommend Dean and his team to anyone

Dean undertook extensive renovations and home improvements including removing kitchen wall to create spacious new open plan kitchen dining room; building new kitchen and extensive works throughout the house e.g. new flooring, new bannisters, new lighting and ceilings. The project also included removing walls to create a new en-suite and redesigning the main bedroom. The project include further new windows throughout, bifold door, new fascias and roof and new loft. Dean was the consummate professional throughout, his work was of the highest standard and all within the budget agreed and his advice and genuine care for the project was second to none. No job was too small or an inconvenience for him and his finish quality was impressive. The team working for him on every aspect were equally impressive in their manner, their work and their quality of finish. Dean has just completed his 4th job on my home and the professionalism and dedication shown by all his team is first class. It can be a minefield out there when employing the services of trades. DCS were recommended to us by a neighbour and having spoken to Dean at length about what we were looking to do we felt very reassured. DCS completed works on our downstairs toilet converting it into a new utility room which included knocking down a wall, plumbing works, plastering, tiling the floor, electrics and decorating (all managed exceptionally well). An excellent standard of work was carried out by the team and we were very happy with the end result. Dean and Harry are attentive, approachable, have high standards and clearly want to make sure that you are entirely satisfied with the works carried out. Given our satisfaction, we proceeded with DCS to carry out the conversion of our old downstairs utility room into a new shower room.
