We would just like to thank Sure-roof for a lovely job and brilliant customer service, Lisa was honest with us from our 1st contact saying they was very busy but would try and fit us in when they could she kept us up dated all the time. you dont get this level of customer service very often.we have had 2 velux windows fitted they look lovely Phil and his staff have done a brilliant job and cleared everything away when they had done. Lisa needs a pay rise thank you very much Chris and Margaret

From the initial phone call to Roofsure to the completion of the instalment of Spray Foam roof insulation I can say it was a easy experience.The survey was done and I was advised of the items that needed addressing before work could be started. The minor items that were required, I was assured will be done at the start of the day. On the day of the insulation the team arrived on time and took every care to lay dust sheets from the door to the loft ladder. Plastic sheeting was laid on my loft floor and all electrics covered before spraying commenced. The team was polite and courteous at all times, and worked hard to complete the insulation with as little inconvenience as possible to me. On completion the team explained all the benefits and explained again what had been done, which was exactly as the surveyor had laid out, asked if I was happy. They left my place clean and tidy. After getting several quotes, I was happy with the price and all the benefits that I will have in the future. Thank you Roofsure.

We have just had our terraced house re-roofed by Sure-Roof. We decided to use Sure-Roof as Phil, the owner turned up on time for the quote, was very helpful, professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything and spent a great deal of time answering all our questions. From there we communicated and needed to ask many more questions as we had a dormer roof added and a Velux window. He got back to us promptly every time. The work his team did was of an exceptionally high standard. He took photos at each stage and kept us fully informed and checked that we were happy. His team worked diligently throughout.Nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. We are so impressed with the end result. A fantastic job has been done. I would certainly recommend Phil and his company to anyone needed a new roof done. Phil’s Company are so professional in every aspect. If only more trades people were as good as Phil and his team.

I have used Phil a couple of times, both times he has been excellent. Very polite and professional and works hard to get his work done to a good standard. He showed me photos of the work he carried when each stage of the job was complete.

Phil and Zane did an amazing job of putting on an new roof on our awkward shaped bungalow. The expertise in their work was clear from day one. Phil is a perfectionist and it shows. They put in two internal velux window and had to reset 5 more. Such a lot of work but they laughed and sang all the way thru till the end. Choose Phil and you will not be disappointed. We have perfect roof we are very happy.

Sure-roof, Barnsley, is an excellent company. Phil is very experienced and expertly solved a long term roof leak for my elderly parents involving a roof valley and some awkward lead work. He also expertly replaced three Velux windows. Phil and Lisa kept us in touch with when they could schedule the work and with progress while the job was underway. They were totally trustworthy and extremely kind to my parents. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all types of roof work and Velux window replacement.

Phil & his team have been great to have on site, so pleasant, polite & hard working. They've done a fantastic job on our new roof & it looks amazing. We're really happy with everything. Phil & Lisa kept us informed along the way (which is something of a rarity these days) with regard to their timescales, as well as when the skips would arrive & be removed & scaffold go up & down. We felt they were on top of everything & were confident they would complete our job to a high standard, which they did. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sure-Roof.

Phil and Brandon have just spent 5 weeks reroofing our large, victorian, detatched house. They have done a superb job. The front has been done using reclaimed Welsh slate with new slate on the back elevation. It looks superb and should last for many years to come. They are clean and tidy workers, cheerful and helpful. Probably should stick to the day job as the singing is a bit dodgy!
