First time ordered and not happy at all, chips mostly all frozen still requested no salad on batch and it came with salad all on. Called up and all I got was I’ll get the manager to call you wasn’t apologetic and didn’t offer to replace or a refund. Not happy with the service at all! Will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered cod and chips with fried chicken and chips the food was awful. The chicken was turning grey the fish absolutely stunk and then all of the chips were half raw they definitely hadn't been cooked long enough. I'm assuming they're trying to save money by not having the gas up on the oil to a high temperature the result you get is soggy half raw chips terrible. I definitely won't be going back proper wasted my money nearly £25 it's a joke.

I had a scallop batch it was massive and the scallop was too it was under 2 pounds that big I couldn't eat it all.

I was a regular customer however you've just missed out on a £30 order on account of the fact you are forcing customers to pay .60p for sauce even if it is not wanted (on top of the fact your delivery prices are higher than competitors). Chip batch and battered sausage must be ordered with sauce for example, at additional cost, even if not wanted. No option to order without. Online ordering system either needs sorting or you've got greedy.

I LOVE this place. It is hands down the best chippy in Coventry. The chips are especially delicious, the food is always a perfect temperature too. If you are nearby pop in and get some lovely food and if you aren't local I highly recommend delivery, it is worth the wait believe me.

Late supper, LG cod & chips ×2 mush peas, curry sauce, delivery on time, freshly cooked, and hot and tasty..always order from here, pork and chips also very good.. fab,.thanks chip butty..

Very very disappointed yet again with the quality of chips and pie (today). The chips were warm and you had to chew the pie pastry it was like eating rubber! The service is slow you need to be prepared to wait for 5-10 minutes for your food to be ready irrespective of how many customers are waiting already. We were regular customers before and since the new management, but it is with regret that we will no longer be a future customer.
