Boots chemist in the Bloomfield shopping centre is a decent size and carries a fair amount of products. The chemist side seems to mostly be busy but if your ordering, they will give you an idea how long it will take. Any staff I asked information from were helpful and informative.

Always busy and usually have to queue for a while at tills. Seems to have been short staffed for a while.

Incredible customer service, staff that go above and beyond to help people. Exceptional!

Very poor customer service from the manager today 10/10/2021.Boots Bloomfield Shopping Centre Bangor County Down.My daughter bought a tub of baby food the day before. Only to find out online that this food has been discontinued. Therefore my newborn grandson cannot use it for any length of time.. as they are not producing it anymore.Daughter called in today with the unopened tub to return & get a credit note.. To be told by the manager ... *We have to make money you know ... "Nothing we can do" . So it doesn't matter about her newborns health?Very very disappointed in this managers horrible despicable attitude and customer service today.Why are you selling newborn baby food that has been discontinued?"

It's a Boots, what more is there to say? I will mention that they are ridiculously slow with your scripts!!! They always take like 10-15 minutes....oof

Ordered on line from boots com and collected from the Bloomfield's store. Easy process and saved on postage costs. Pharmacy facilities at this store. Many other outlets

Useless online ordering - deliberately hide details of how long delivery takes until after you've ordered because it is ages... And updating address details led to a parcel being sent to the wrong address, which I was told couldn't be changed even after getting in touch before the confirmation email was sent out.

Fantastic staff helpful as always,friendly and kind. The pharmacy staff are brilliant.
