The staff here are so rude, so we went today and when the man behing the counter was speaking to us he was shouting…. Maybe had a long day because of working over xmas bit thats not an excuse to be rude to customers

Absolutely vile, my mates bought a drink and it’s legit mouldy, obviously he had a drink before spotting the mould, and he has just Thrown up. Absolutely vile he’s now sat down and feels ill. They didn’t even swap it or give a refund he bought it a minute before return. Saying they aren’t a “buy and try shop” but they can’t exchange mouldy food. Trading standards will shut them down if they saw!

What an absolute rip off!! Just been and bought a packet of Riverstone tobacco 30g, most places charge between £14-15, this shop charged me £17. Go to Steers beers across the road, much friendlier and better value.

I've been to this store several times and always left with a smile and full bags, affordable prices and friendly staff, definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

This store is very well presented, clean and tidy. For a convenience store their prices are reasonable, though they need to ensure that offers and signage of such offers are in date instead of displaying out of date offers that only became apparent at the till when I realised credits had not been made on certain freezer items.I challenged this with staff and they admitted signage had not been removed. They are busy staff who do a good job. Have also made use of their new home delivery service Very pleased and member of staff delivering very pleasant, thank you. You deserve our local support.

Bought a bottle of vodka, got a weak bag. Bag broke round corner causing my bottle to drop and smash to smithereens. Went in and the guy behind the counter was lovely, he replaced it for free. Highly recommend ❤❤❤

Been here a few times and it's been a great experience. A great place to shop with very friendly staff who are helpful. Can always count on them to have items for my last minute shopping needs!

A good local supermarket. Excellent parking at the front. Post office within the store, checkouts are usually not too busy which makes the whole experience a lot more quicker and enjoyable . Kind and friendly staff, clean and efficient

Good selection off things but be careful some items say rrp price on and they mark them up themselves more expensive and my son spotted prime behind the counter and they want 10 pounds a bottle its just greed any shop selling above the rrp which is 2 pounds is just greed we should boycott businesses what take advantage well asda we went and got prime the only on the road at chaucer
