Absolutely great experience with MG from arranging a test drive to Arron the Salesman showing us around the different cars. Arron was extremely knowledgeable about all the different cars and features. We where offered a better than market value for our part exchange. The hand over has been a great experience.

I can only give Stoneacre Derby 4 stars as I had to wait sooooo long for my car- 13 months, when I was initially told 4 -although this was out of their control.However, having said that everything else was excellent.They did keep in touch with me about the car status, and part exchange and handover was done really smoothly.Sam knew his stuff and was able to go through the various buttons, functions and options. I did get a call back the following day too to check all was well and Sam was instantly able to talk me through another tweak. Very impressed by his familiarity with the car.Really happy with my car! Thank you!

I’ve just purchased my new car from Derby Stoneacre and was very impressed with their service from start to finish! Both James and Aaron were helping me from the sales side and were very helpful and informative, they made the whole process very easy for me and nothing was too much to ask. The collection process was also very easy, Ed kindly thoroughly went through all documentation and terms and conditions before I signed anything without me even having to ask which made me feel very at ease and comfortable - especially given this was my first time entering a PCP finance contract! Overall couldn’t recommend them enough :)

Outstanding support from Arron Sheppard. Right from start to finish, he was a delight. He is an excellent salesman who did not try to over convince. We had queries that he painstakingly clarified, doubts that he addressed. Neat result - we ended up ordering an MG ZS Exclusive automatic. First class service is all I can say.Also James Hague, the sales manager, and Ed Dickens, the business manager, have been excellent.

Brilliant from start to finish. Aaron and James were great people always on hand and happy to help. Very helpful and reassuring, explained and went through things clearly and thoroughly. The manager was amazing too. The whole workspace has a very joyous personality.
