Rob recently fitted a new bathroom for us and was friendly, but professional at the same time. He advised and helped us no end and also arranged for other tradesmen included in the refurbishment. I would fully recommend Rob and hopefully use his services again as little does he know, we are looking at changing another shower room!Thank you Rob for everything you did for us. Rob is a true professional craftsman and has created us a stunning kitchen. He was recommended by a friend, gave a competitive quote for work and used first class tradespeople to assist with our complicated plumbing and plastering.We planned and sourced our own cabinets and appliances ready for Rob to install and are so pleased we took up his recommendation of swapping from cooking on gas to induction. We challenged his skills with our choice of worktop, and he did a perfect job, with invisible joins and matching windowsill!Rob comes highly recommended has a great eye for detail and we would hire him again. Punctual, friendly and a pleasure to have working in our home.

We asked Rob to gut an old bathroom and replace it with a shower room. He made a large number of very useful suggestions both before the start of the work and as it progressed, and liaised with the supplier, picking up on errors they had made. The inevitable hitches as things came to light were dealt with efficiently. He called in several times, both before and after the work was done, to check on queries that we had.The standard of work was excellent, great care was taken to protect the rest of the house from inadvertent dirt or damage. He appeared promptly every morning, did not vanish for long stretches of time at midday, and carried on until a reasonable hour in the late afternoon.Thoroughly professional, Rob’s cheerful and reliable approach made a fairly lengthy job far less of a strain for us than it might have been otherwise. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him.

We feel very lucky to have found Rob to fit our new kitchen. We’ve fitted kitchens ourselves in the past, but watching Rob work made us realise there is a whole other level of craftsmanship and attention to detail which he brings. He was totally invested in how we wanted the finished space to look and went above and beyond to make it look amazing which was not an easy task as we live in an old house with wonky everything. I had my old bathroom taken out and a brand new bathroom fitted by Rob and his team in August. Rob and his team were very professional throughout, very tidy and respectful. The work completed is of an excellent standard and the new bathroom is beautiful. Rob is easy to get hold of, responds to queries promptly and was great at including me in all decisions that needed to be made throughout the project. I would definitely recommend for all bathroom work required.

Being relatively new to the area, and with no experience of contractors in the Forest of Dean, we started our search for ideas at the big bathroom, kitchen and tiles appliance store “Express” of Hereford. Rob of “Fixed and Fitted” came highly recommended and so we asked him to come and do a survey of our old family bathroom with a view to installing new fittings throughout, removing the bath and installing a full width walk-in shower. The joy of being able to walk into a push-button automatic temperature controlled pan-head shower is a luxury we have never before experienced - not even in some very expensive hotels.Rob proved to be the consummate professional throughout, helping us with choices of materials, their supply and delivery, and project managing the additional tradesmen for the tiling, flooring and electrical work.We have been so pleased with his work that we have asked him to do a similar refit to the master bedroom en-suite next year.Peter and Pauline

We have recently moved into a barn conversion. Our survey indicated that one of the en-suite bathrooms had several faults. On closer examination we decided that a complete re-fit was required and asked Rob to provide a quote. We accepted this and arranged for him to do the work when he was available. While waiting we added some other bathroom work to his list.Once work started on the project it became apparent that the faulty bathroom was the result of a not very competent DIY enthusiast and the work needed was more extensive than originally planned. Rob did not let this deter him, quickly adjusted the plan and obtained the additional materials required. We have lived with the new bathroom for a couple of weeks and are extremely pleased with the results.Rob managed the whole project in a professional manner, incorporated our additional work in a cost effective manner and remained cheerful throughout.We have no hesitation in recommending Fixed & Fitted for similar projects.Many thanks Rob for an excellent job..
