We made an appointment for Young’s to look at some work for us. No one turned up and they have nothing in their appointment book, even though they acknowledge the name I provided of the person who was supposed to come. They don’t even do the work we wanted so the whole thing is a shambles!

Asked these guys to come out to investigate a leak on my GRP roof. Before even coming to look, they advised the roof would need to be replaced. Eventually they did attend my property and told me I needed a new roof at a cost of £7.5k, however was unable to justify why. This was very suspect, especially given it was only 6 years old so I contacted an expert company who conducted a thorough investigation and found my skylight needed to be resealed at a cost of £150. There was nothing wrong with the roof.

I used Youngs roofing when I did my loft conversion on my own home, I had a complete new roof front to back with new dormer. The team were really hard working and i'm very pleased with all of the work. the lead work is beautiful and I'm happy it will all last as long as me

I made an appointment for the contacts manager to come out and they canceleld the day before and we rerranged the meeting for two weeks later, no opne turned but and no phone call. I called them and they didn't call me back to let me know what had happened.Don't waste your time there are more reliable people in Bath.

Youngs Roofing completed works on my roof and i am extremely satisfied with the work that has been carried out. I was recommended to use this company and I can see why, as I cannot fault the amazing job they have done. it is beautiful and would highly recommend them to anyone.
