I had a bike fit with Gary and also the custom footbeds. I highly recommend both, the best bike fit I have had and no more pains so far and an increase in power, well worth the money.

The time taken by Jonny and Gary to sell and fit my new bike were exceptional - a few issues post purchase and communication / service not as good sadly - phone calls not returned and difficulty booking bike in so I can still ride at weekends. Shamus in particular extremely rude and abrupt with little compassion for customer service.

Terrible service by the workshop provided and even worse customer service in dealing with the issue afterwards, would stay well clear of there workshop who seem to struggle with the most basic of tasks. I dropped of a pair of wheels to be trued and picked them up a few days later. After refitting tyres and getting them mounted back in the bike I found them to still be hugely out of true over 3mm. I removed the wheels and took them back into the shop a few days later and they said they would 're true' them. This was a inconvenience but was glad the problem was going to be resolved. Another few days passed and was told they were again ready to be collected. After picking them up again and re fitting they were found to still be considerable out of true. This having been ongoing for 2 weeks I decided to go to a different shop in paddock wood which was brilliant and would recommend to go to instead. I recorded the wheels condition and re visited the shop with the evidence in the hope to get a refund. Unfortunately I was met with a rude guy called shamus who is the owner who said he would look into it and call me back. Another weekend passed and I was told I would have to bring the whole bike in which as I had already told them I had taken it elsewhere. I have given up with wildside but a word of warning for anyone needing repair or maintenance work required stay well clear.

Wildside is most definitely my go to bike shop with a great range of children’s bikes right up to top end machines. The staff are professional and will go out their way to make sure any parts you need are sourced or your dream build is built with care and attention. The bike fit service they offer is also very thorough and can highly recommend getting one if you plan on spending time in the saddle.

I was recommended to have a bike fit due to a knee injury and back pain when cycling and it was amazing. The customer service from Gary was excellent. He was patient, knowledgable and answered any questions I had. I went so much faster and was so much more comfortable after some small adjustments with a big impact. I can't recommend this service enough if you cycle regularly. Gary is a true pro. Strava even saw a leap in my fitness afterwards when I used the new bike due to it being so much easier to ride.

Great bike shop with an extensive array of bikes, accessory equipment and specialist gear. These guys do know their stuff even if some of it was a bit too pricey for my price range. It isn't the most expensive from what I have been told but it is very good quality gear with an ability to test some of the things before you buy - not clothing obviously!! It's nicely situated in the quieter part of Tunbridge Wells - although there is parking opposite, you'd be lucky to find it. There are a couple of car parks near by....or you can just walk or cycle!! ;-)

As a member of TWTC I was recommended wildside for a bike fit from the club .I couldn't recommend them enough,I've never had a bike fit before, I was there 4 hours and Gary went through everything never feeling rushed and that I was totally happy with the fit.Great service !

Big thanks to all at Wildside Cycles for delivering such a fantastic #Colango V2-R. Having made contact with Seamus when a new bike was needed, we developed a recipe for my delightful machines. What can I say about it, lots actually but I can wrap it up in one sentence.It made the hills flatter and the roads silky smooth.400km into ownership, the bike runs butter smooth, and oh so satisfying to turn the crank on. The frame is fantastic on the up, planted on the down and hard not to hammer down on the flats. I always doubted disc brakes, cosmetically. But the difference is notable, the modulation instinctive and the reassurance, uncountable. The style of the SRAM discs have grown on me they do have a definite quality look, matched by their performance. The Brooks Cambium saddle is made from the dreams of cycling gods. That's the important stuff, but with all that on the bike, it would be hard not to mention how good it looks. Wireless, Tubeless and Cableless I am living in the future of biking.None of this would have happened had Seamus not given me the time to talk about what I do on the bike and listen, use his wealth of experience and current knowledge to spec up a bike and ancillaries to meet my need and budget and complete the build quality to match it all.Chapeau to Wildside Cycles and to Seamus, the bike is very much appreciated and cherished, looking forward to many Kms and Meters to come. If you want great service and after sales service in particular, I cannot recommend Wildside Cycles too highly. I recently bought a Specialised Sirrus X4 from them and they had it delivered to my home address. Unfortunately there were a few accessories missing when it arrived. I contacted the store and they could not have been more helpful. Missing parts were speedily replaced and I now have the bike of my dreams.
