I took my mobile phone here to have a charging port replaced. After the charging port was replaced I noticed there was problem with my microphone. Apparently the speaker is on the same circuit board as the charging port, so when the new circuit board was installed it unfortunately came with a defective microphone. When I mentioned the problem with my microphone to the helpful chap at Bedford Mobiles, he immediately ordered another charging port circuit board because the microphone also comes with the charging port circuit board. When it arrived 2 days later he replaced the circuit board again and my mobile phone is now working perfectly. It was unfortunate that the first replacement circuit board was defective. However, I was very impressed with the nice man at Bedford Mobiles for carefully explaining why the repair to my charging port had affected my microphone and how willing he was to quickly resolve the issue for free. I will definitely be taking my mobile phone here again for repair in the future.

I had trouble with phone and the men were so helpful and fixed phone found had hair line crack so bought new one from them. Helped me set the new phone up, 10 out of 10 very satisfied and use them again 100%.

Never usually do reviews, but managed to quickly fix my phone (which admittedly was broken pretty badly) for a great price and with great customer service. Would recommend.
