Kerstine was fabulous in helping me prepare to run my first marathon! I'm incredibly flexible so had a couple of tendon injuries whilst training but thankfully Kerstine helped me modify my training plan so that my body would see me through my big run! Will definitely be returning for some strengthening and conditioning work in the near future. Thank you so much Kerstine!! :)

Kerstine was very thorough in getting to the root of my issue. She explained things well and gave helpful hints, tips and simple, but effective, rehab exercises for me to do at home. Highly recommended.

Excellent physiotherapy advice and help - would definitely recommend Kerstine to help fix a sports injury or other wear and tear. Great follow up advice on exercises tailored to avoid future similar problems.

I went to Kerstine when I was in severe pain with the tendons surrounding my hip. A recurring injury after years of running. I genuinely did not think I’d race again. After working with Kerstine and having shockwave therapy, I am now pain free. Kerstine is friendly, thorough and professional and genuinely cares about her patients. 100% recommend KH Physiotherapy.

After making an online appointment.. I met with Kirstene within 24 hours where she conducted a full examination, we agreed a plan & scheduled a further visit.. Kerstine is lovely, warm, extremely knowledgeable with no BS! She takes time to get to know and your body, and afterwards you feel listened to and that the treatment is bespoke. The practice is in a neat little area of Kimberley, with parking too, so no frustrating trips into the center of a busy city! 5 stars!

I have recently seen Kerstine for a niggle I had in my ankle/calf. Not only did she listen as there was no obvious cause, she did a gait analysis of my running to see if that could be adding to the issue. A combination of the shockwave treatment, massage, exercises for me and advice on my gait has eased the problem. I can’t recommend her highly enough for a truly personal and friendly experience and the knowledge that she won’t see you if she doesn’t need to

Kerstine was very pleasant and helpful and explained to me in detail what I had done. She examined me thoroughly and did some manipulative moves to assess my diagnosis and to aid recovery. I was also given exercises to carry out and home and a follow up appointment .

I was recommended to see Kerstine as I was having some slight pain behind my knee. The website very informative and booking system really easy and user friendly.Kerstine assessed and sorted me out in no time. Sent me on my way with a few follow up exercises to enhance her treatment. Definitely would recommend her. Good experience all round...Kay
