Platinum Exterior provided me with a competitive quote to upgrade and paint the exterior of our property.From start to finish this company was highly professional, friendly, approachable and listened to what I required without being the stereotypical ‘pushy salesman’.They acknowledged my budget and what I could achieve within this limit, I was given full details at all times, the guys on the ground worked non stop for 10hours to finish the job to an extremely high standard, Ian the actual sale rep kept in touch at all times, even over the weekend and then came out to complete a full final inspection, one of the best companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to home improvements and cannot fault any aspects of my home improvement, highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of work, completely trustworthy and very professional

We used this company to repair and apply coating to exterior walls. Ian was excellent and concise in explaining each stage of the procedure and giving us options for colours used. We decided that the quote represented value for money but checked both previous work done and also company registration before deciding to proceed. We were kept in touch by Peter about dates for each stage and these were carried out at precisely the date and time given. The team working on the house were efficient, friendly and the work area was left clear and tidy. We could not have asked for a better team. Although the company only worked on exterior walls, we felt that, in general, they could be trusted to keep in touch and keep to promised dates and times. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend Platinum Exteriors.

We recently used Platinum Exterior to treat the exterior of our house with anti fungal treatment, repair cracks in our rough casting together with repainting the full of our house. There was great communication from the start and throughout with Ian.Peter and John did an amazing job, were reliable and professional always. Kept us updated on what they were doing each day. Peter and Johnny did an exceptional job we are absolutely delighted with it and would not hesitate to recommend. Our house looks like a new build and our neighbours have all commented on how good the house looks and some have even said that they will maybe ask for a quote. Very neat and tidy everything was masked off no damage or ontrusion to neighbours property which was a concern to us as we are mid terraced. Kept us informed throughout the whole process regards weather and timings and never once felt pressured.

Two months from start to finish. From the day of the quote to the day the job was complete was <8weeks and the team were disappointed it could not be sooner. Between scaffolding and the weather the team had bumps in the plan but updates were genuine and timely and someone was always there. Never brushed off and no question (however trivial) was ‘silly’.The on-site team kept the place tidy throughout and took great care in clearance daily. I could not be at home throughout but that did not matter at all. The good quality tiles promised have industry recognition, and they look great.Professional, responsive and can wholly recommend.
