Arron has looked after the mortgages on all our properties for years now and as always he is knowledgeable and helpfull. Would definitely recommend.

We had been having some trouble with the banks trying to organise a mortgage as first time buyers, so Arron was recommended to us from a colleague. His services made our lives so much easier, he managed to sort out a mortgage for us incredibly fast (that was at a better rate than the one we had tried to get by ourselves) and was even able to sort out insurance to go with it when we asked for it. Would absolutely recommend his services and will definitely be working with him again when it comes to remortgaging in the future.

My first encounter with Arron was in 2018 whilst he was working at countrywide. I was buying my first house and was a little nervous about the process I was about to go through. Arron put me at ease straight away. He literally took away all the stress and found me the best deal possible at the time. During the process, if I ever had any questions or concerns Arron would always be on hand to answer the phone or reply back via email almost immediately. Fast forward 5 years and he’s pulled it out the bag again! He contacted me 6 months before my mortgage was due to expire and let me know I can lock in a new mortgage rate (I was unaware I was able to do this and would of been happy to let it run to the very end of the contract before changing provider - would of been a big mistake) Once again, Arron did all the hard work and found the best rates possible and put me in touch with a solicitor and before I knew it the new rate was locked in with a new mortgage provider. Soon after, the base rates rose significantly. Thanks to Arrons quick actions, it has saved me around £300 per month over a 5 year deal. I’m so happy and would recommend anyone to get in touch with him.
