Awful service

Appalling customer service - have emailed and telephone and no answer. Have asked for a refund as daughter had covid and could not attend her graduation. Have sent 2 emails and my daughter has also sent emails and called numerous times. Perhaps someone can respond.

This year has been the 50th anniversary of meeting my future husband in your shop on my second day at the university! It is delightful to see the premises looking charmingly unchanged in the photo. My gown and hood served me well through a teaching career when it was worn on important occasions and the white fur on the MA was envied by those with duller robes!

Very friendly people and excellent quality robes. Definitely worth hiring!
