Moved to Manchester recently, no idea which barber to go to, but I'm very glad I chose this one! I had Zac who was professional and friendly, and super knowledgeable. He did a great job with my hair and beard, from the cutting and styling to all the products he used. Super happy with my new look, will definitely be coming back.

I've been coming to Urban Gent for around two years now. Jamie does an amazing job and always does his best to fit me in last minute.Reasonably priced and better than any of the other barbers that I've been to in the city. Would 100% recommend.

Been using Urban Gent for well over 4 years at this point and I'm still stupidly satisfied with their service. I'd spent at least a few months when I first moved to the city looking for a decent barber and not liking any of them before finding Urban Gent in what was reaching a point of desperation.Staff are all really friendly and totally open to recommending cuts if you're not sure what you're looking for. Their workspace is always clean and tidy and a pleasant space to be in and while I've never really taken advantage of it, the fact they offer you a coffee or a beer during your cut is a nice touch.Price is very reasonable too, especially for central Manchester.

I've been to see Thom a couple of times now and had an excellent hair cut each time.It's a small and independent business, and it's really clear quickly how much time has gone into making it a welcoming and friendly place to get a hair cut.Thom listened to exactly what I wanted, checked the key things during the cut and I've been really happy each time with the outcome.It's cheaper than one or two city centre places nearby and right up there for quality and service. Check it out if you're looking for a decent barber.

First haircut I have had in 6 odd years, both dudes where very friendly had good craic, open to all accomodating just general vibe really good, fantastic job by Jack on the hair as well big time reccomend this place.

I’ve been going to this salon now for over 5 years. Tom and his team are friendly, take time to discuss what you’d like doing with your hair and always provide an amazing cut. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
