Glad we found this place. Iain has managed to correctly identify and fix a fault with our car which was a bit of a worry for us. He took time to chat to us and explain everything which was appreciated. The ladies on the customer service desk were very friendly and helpful too.

Poor communication. Phoned Twice, got car in and light reset. Issue continued, phoned again and never got back to me. Not worth my custom.

I have just spoke to the Boss man Ian.My Son took his Mini in to get 2 lights off on Dash.Plus if that was done a service.£560 later light still on with advice to Scrap the car or spend another £2000 Plus on the can.My view was why did Bute Srvice centre not just tell my Son to Scrap it there and then.I feel my Son was not treated fairly.Also a bad attitude to my Son when he picked up his Car.I will not be using Bute Service Centre anytime soon.

Great guys. Can't do enough for you. They rescued me when my car battery died. Wouldn't go anywhere else. You'll need to book tho - they're very busy!
