Terrible, terrible customer service!! Really poor attitude from the staff! My 83 year old nan tried to order a selection of funeral flowers and the young lady really couldn’t be bothered to help her at all. Just told her that it’s all online and to go and look there and wouldn’t help her. What a way to run a business in a town with lots of elderly people. Luckily she went on to another florists that were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful flowers - but then again they always are. Compared with several other suppliers we've experienced, they are consistently good and we've been fortunate enough to have had several deliveries. The variety, quality, freshness and professional presentation is a credit to Albany Florists - thank you again.15 March 2021. Just when you think they can't do any better - they do! Today (Mother's Day) my wife received two bouquets from daughters in two different parts of the country and they are both (whilst different) just fantastic. The usual 5***** performance of Albany Florist never fails and is much appreciated. By the way - I don't have a 'hang-up' about florists!

The Albany Florist team work miracles. After just a quick call about a last-minute wedding and a frazzled bride and groom who didn't really know what they wanted, the team created some stunningly beautiful bouquets and button holes that brought so much colour and joy to a perfect day. The team was so incredibly professional with excellent advice just a phone call away. I'd really recommend checking out their Instagram for photos of all their latest creations and if you're looking for a final confirmation to contact them, this is it! You won't regret it.

So impressed. Ordered flowers for Mothers Day on Saturday night thinking I would have definitely missed the cut off (and not even expecting delivery on a Sunday to be an option anyway!) so opted for delivery Monday. It was a lovely surprise when I saw they had been delivered on the Sunday morning by a very happy and cheerful delivery guy. Thank you so much!

If you want or need flowers consider Albany florists. Sadly i needed flowers for my mums funeral. The flowers were fantastic. Flower arranging is a skilled job and they absolutely nailed it. Beautiful thank you so much

They are fantastic. Every time I want flowers sent to my mother I use this shop as I leave 150 miles away. Great service.

Ordered online late on the Tuesday night and a beautiful array of flowers were delivered to my wife's workplace 1st thing in the morning. Her work complimented the delivery person in these difficult times. If you need beautiful flowers and great service then Albany is the one to use, plus my wife says I have to send her flowers from them again lol
