In April 2023 bought a 9 year old Mercedes and paid £6,795 cash.The car suddenly broke down on the motorway, 10.30pm in the pouring rain, a woman alone, 130 miles from home, half on and half off the hard shoulder in the pouring rain. I had been driving the car 2 weeks.I was accused by Dynamic Autos of driving the car, knowing it was faulty and deliberately breaking down! I certainly did not!I eventually got home, via AA help, (who initially sent the police to make me safe) as I was in a dangerous position, at 4.30am.AA mechanic and local garage mechanic diagnosed 'turbo failure' this would make the car break down suddenly without warning, leaving the car needing a new engine.I argued that I was entitled to a full refund, Dynamic Autos became very hostile.We settled for Dynamic Auto's to take back the car with me losing £2500. They also charged me £150 for a lost spare key.I am trying to put the nightmare experience behind me but advise you not to deal with these people. They are callous and cold and their only interrest is your hard earned cash!EDITED IN REPLY TO STATEMENT!This car broke down with no warning! Apart from immediately before the engine seized,A text message appeared, not a warning, saying, check oil at next refuel". Not a reason to pull onto the hard shoulder! But you are twisting my words! As stated I had no chance to pull in

Enquired about a car, was told all I needed to know about the BMW and left a refundable deposit.. On the day Was met by Sam , nice lad, straight forward sale due to paperwork being arranged prior to viewing. Went out for a test drive, was allowed whatever time I wanted which was good. Bought the car, happy days. Nice smooth drive home, would definitely use Dynamic Autos again in the future.

We made an appointment to view a car at Dynamic Auto's through Whatsapp as we live an hour and a half away. Any queries we had were answered and our minds were put at rest. All of the paperwork was prepared prior to us arriving. Whilst viewing the car we had reserved, I changed my mind and asked to view another car they had for sale. This was not a problem, my husband took the car on a test drive, new paperwork was prepared and the the whole transaction start to finish was handled very well. Kevin was very professional and helpful throughout. We are very happy with our purchase and would happily recommend to others.

Bought a bmw f series from here. Dynamic Auto's Ltd were responsive and even stayed after work hours waiting for us to arrive after our train got canceled and had to get there by car. Customer service is excellent same as the car. Only had it for a day but so far everything seems to be working as it should. Definitely would recommend to anybody!
