I used to use this service for all my family members. Never again. After giving them my mother's flight number and booking the journey with all the necessary information they left her stranded at the airport. She called the company with no response, I called the company several times and kept the phone ringing till they hung up on me without ever picking up. She is 70 years old and they left her at the airport unable to get home. I finally managed to get through and all they said was, 'sorry, her flight was early' - that's why you take the flight number! That is not an excuse! Terrible, terrible company. Only use it if you don't care about being actually getting picked up.

Horrible service. Poor communication and reliability. Left phone in car on the way to airport; so had to organize a return trip with the car service on my return to get phone. Company changed drivers last minute and did not deliver the phone and asks me to pay extra to have phone redelivered. Original driver had 12 days to hand off phone to head office before my return but chose to keep it on himself. Planning to file police report potentially.

We’ve been using this company for few years now. They are very reliable and the drivers are always willing to help with the luggages. Their cars are quite clean 90% of the times. The only thing that I don’t like is when they bring a buster seat for my son instead of a proper car seat.

I've used this service now for a number of years, and it is consistently reliable and competitively priced. Maybe I have been lucky, but every single driver (at least thirty, by now) has been professional, polite, a good driver, and punctual when arriving. The staff in the office are courteous and helpful - it appears to be a happy and well-managed business.

I booked by phone relatively last minute the night before an early morning flight. Everything was perfect. Car was on time, very clean and smart. Excellent service from the booker and the driver.

I've used this company twice now.The first time the driver smelt strongly of body odour.The second time the driver was clearly ill, coughing frequently and almost falling asleep a number of times.A very bad and stressful experience and I was subsequently ill for my holiday.If you value your holiday/life use someone else

I use Simply Airports each time I, or my daughter attending University flies in from the States. We are consistently satisfied even when one vehicle got a flat tire. This past trip my daughter needed to stop at her storage locker before heading to her housing. We communicated this clearly and the driver even assisted her with moving some things! That was above and beyond our expectations. I recommend Simply Airports!

Used to use this company all the time many years ago. But the service has gone way down and other reviews seem to confirm this. The price is competitive for sure but their IT seems flakey and the telephone staff were rude.The driver turned up on time and was friendly and helpful.

Dishonest and disorganized. My father booked via this service. They requested payment via a bank transfer directly to someone's personal bank account (very dubious, but I checked the email chain and it was from their legit domain etc so didn't seem like phishing).Then, when the driver dropped them off he also asked for cash - the exact same amount, so again I don't suspect phishing. We called support and they wouldn't confirm payment (said to pay both and we'll work it out later...yeah right!!!) On the drivers part, this seemed honest, but we refused to pay and showed proof we'd bank transferred.Poor driver seems out of his due. Don't trust.

Avoid - High risk of being scammed!I was recently scammed £130 when booking through Simply Airports - as you will read from other previous reviews, I’m not the only one so this is most definitely the last time I ever use them again and I’ll be telling everyone to avoid them from now on.I have used Simply Airports for a long time but they’ve had their data breached with their emails and complete system hacked, which means lots of people have been scammed through them. A total of 8 in the last week I was told by them. Rather than take any responsibility and reporting the breech as they’re supposed to, as well as informing all their customers that their personal data has been compromised, they “don’t want to scare people off” so they haven’t told anyone, despite having a duty to do so. By not informing and warning their customers, many are unaware of the red flags to look out for when booking as I received an official confirmation email from them, yet my booking never existed and I had paid. I’ve paid online, via bank transfer and in cash before so it’s hard to tell what is legit!The 2 company partners are not concerned at all how this has affected their loyal customers and repeatedly told me it was my problem and that I won’t get the money back by claiming as it was a direct transfer via PayPal - so they are fully aware of the situation several people have now faced. I was then made to wait all day to hear back from the manager, before being threatened with the cancellation of my new booking if I didn’t just accept the situation and pay full price again. They then cancelled my booking via text so I had to find a last minute booking the night before travelling (with the snow).It wasn’t losing the money that was the worst bit (PayPal actually did refund me in the end), it was the rudeness and lack of care by Simply Airports. I was also told conflicting things, it sounded as if one partner was being honest with me and the other was trying to play down the whole thing when I spoke to him later.So, I’m warning existing and future customers to choose a different local taxi firm as you really don’t know if you’re being scammed or not, so it’s not worth it, unfortunately.
