Delta Force Paintball South Bristol

Absolutely fantastic. Definitely go there. Really fun maps and they have unlimited rounds (pretty much), paint grenades and smoke grenades. Could get better pockets though on the overalls as my grenade came straight out because the pocket was both too small and it didn't close, so when it fell out I went back to where it came out and someone had nicked it. Other than that it was pretty much perfect.

I would echo the views of other reviewers. Overpriced, charged loads for refills and upgrades that you pretty much can’t do without, and the guns don’t even fire straight. First group we played against constantly cheated and weren’t dealt with. Last group we played with were complete hooligans and one suffered a serious eye injury after removing his mask in the play area. (I understand that the staff are not responsible for this persons actions but it underlines the slack view of safety, plus these people were allowed to stay all day despite ruining everyone else’s experience). The whole thing felt very amateur to me, not impressed.

Even if you love paintball avoid at all costs. We spend over 500 and had our day ruined at best. Without our consent we had to play against the staff who had unlimited ammo and better guns and plenty of other equipment that would cost us a lot if we bought. They were unprofessional and just wanted to enjoy them selves. Out bulleted the whole day was unfair and the referee also didn't listen to our complains. Later I called the customer service to complain it cost me 15pounds as the number was 08 just found it's not free with minutes. They apologised and after tried to sell me more tickets. They also sent an email denying all that happened. The only funny part was that we were playing much better than the staff with unlimited ammo they were cheating and also using vulgar language which of course was denied in the email.

Why did I not give this place 5 stars? Well, my car suffered greatly on the drive to the venue on the last 500 metres to the venue. The speed bumps are killers even if you try to drive slowly so beware. Another negative was that the Marshall's didn't watch the game closely and there were a few cheaters we were not taken care of. When it comes to guns, they were not very good and I had to change them a few times during the game because they had no power and shot 2 or 3 balls at the same time. The last negative was the price. For a good and fun stay you will need at least £100 to not care about running out of ammo.On a positive not, I was sceptical at first due to the many negative reviews of the place but it turned out to be a very good day :) Would definitely recommend if my previous statements didn't put you off :DHope this review helps and if so, please give it a thumbs up :D

Decent areas for paint balling, but the ridiculous prices totally destroy the experience. They take advantage of the fact that you are in the middle of nowhere, over charging for food and drinks. They charge £2.50 for a small pot noodle that costs 30p. Bullet refills are £10, which is incredibly overpriced for the amount you get. The guns themselves are impossible to aim and if you actually want a decent game you have to pay to upgrade. They charge £5 for useless silencers which do nothing, anti fog wipes they charge you for also do nothing. If You pay £30 per person for entry and you can more than £100 for crappy upgrades and bullets you would expect decent service, but their desire for money overrides their care for the customers.

Most of the staff is nice, but its entirely ruined by some of the ruder staff. Most of our day was spent with a complete imbalance of teams, having games of 12 vs 28 (our team was made up to 28 with entirely incompetent children roughly the age of 8, who hit us more than the enemy team and spent most of the game shooting an empty hopper). Asking the staff about re balances only got responses of what are we meant to do" and made us feel as if we were in the wrong for complaining. Our first 4 games were terrible thanks to the lack of a competent response from staff

Worst experience ever. Complete waste of money. Nothing but a sham... guns don’t aim properly and organizers try to rip you off with the additional charges on bullets and equipment. In addition to the terrible artillery, there is a complete disregard for safety.. the set up is horrible as well.. it’s completely muddy and there are no cleaning stations to clean your shoes.. unless you’re ready for a terrible experience with zero value for money I would never recommend.. better of staying at home than making the trek up here

My son had his birthday party here with seven of his friends. They had fun and i sat and spent all day reading a book. outside at one of the tables. They went off and did 45 minutes games and then came back. It was vey good day out for all them. They all really enjoyed it.

I generally liked the experience, it was very fun! Although, when you ran out of ammo, you would have to pay £10 for 100 paintballs! It was good, just a bit pricy... it's like they sont care about your financial problems.
