My car failed its MOT as it did not have tire pressure sensors fitted which were essential for the MOT. I was told these needed to be installed and calibrated by a Hyndai service garage. I went to the garage and explained what I needed done - that I just needed the tire pressure sensors fitted so that it could pass its MOT. The morning that my car was taken in I get an email saying a free health check" has been done with more than £5

Andy was friendly in his welcome and informative in describing the different models and the various financial options.The whole buying experience was very enjoyable and completely stress free. My initial approach was simply an enquiry. With Andy’s help I was able to make a decision to exchange my eight year-old Tucson, with which I have been very pleased, for a new Tucson Hybrid, and I am very pleased with the result.

Have taken my two Hyundai vehicles to this dealership for work/servicing since they opened. Always a friendly reception and efficient service. However recently standards have started to slip: no wash or vacuum performed with a all-day service and multiple emails sent to you selling extras and with links that don't work. I would expect a little more quality/customer service for the extra price you pay for dealership servicing.

I collected my car today and I’m really happy with it. It’s a second hand car one I’ve been after for a while. Andrew was lovely from our first conversation to handing the keys over this afternoon. There was a few problems (on my side) and he was totally understanding, no pressure. I am a customer from the North West of England and Andrew even picked me up from the train station which was much appreciated as the train journey took around four and a half hours. I would certainly buy from this dealer again, well worth the long journey.

Overall I satisfied about the service. I arrived the Service center at 8:00, left my key to Kevin, recapped my 2 problems. Another technician called me after 2.5 hours to pick up the car. The technician instructed me how much pressure I need to pump the front and rear tyres according to a label. The only thing I want to highlight is that I had to wait for 2 weeks to get the service, luckily my problem was not urgent.
